Lejlighedshoteller i Long Island

"Dårlig oplevelse med dårlig eksekvering. Personalet var egentlig meget flinke, men de kunne ikke hjælpe os med noget medmindre vi selv kom med en løsning. Vi boede 9 nætter på Sheraton Brooklyn, hvor de første 2 nætter var uacceptable. Airconditionen virkede ikke, temperaturen i værelset var som at være i en tropisk jungle, vi fik næsten ingen søvn. Det værste var dog personalets håndtering: Jeg talte med flere end fem medarbejdere, og fik modsatrettede svar og ingen reel hjælp. Jeg måtte selv følge op dag og nat og finde løsninger – det burde ikke være gæstens ansvar på et firestjernet hotel. De sidste 7 nætter var fine, da vi endelig fik et nyt velfungerende værelse, men de første 2 trak hele oplevelsen ned. Afventer kompensation for de 2 nætter. "

"Couldn’t use our credit cards. Had to try multiple cards because their reader didn’t work. Cleaning personal don’t speak English so when you e.g. ask for an extra blanket with sheet so both have one when sleeping they really didn’t understand what you tried to ask for. When I managed to get one they freaking took it away when cleaning the room and I had to go through all the explanation again to get on again. Holy moly. Clear the couldn’t think for them self. If you remove 2x blankets and sheets while cleaning - how many new ones do you think the customer want?!?!?? (Huge test!). …and then very bad neighborhood. But that’s not the hotels fault. I should just have checked that out. Ps. A lot of noise from music, people, trains etc. "

"4th stay at Pod Brooklyn. All in all the hotel fits my needs perfectly. I am though getting annoyed with the fact that they don’t really offer housekeeping. Even though I have asked for it on the last three stays, it happens once every three days after I re-remind the staff. "

"Noisy hotel. Music blaring all night. In the morning the hotel ordered a taxi service that they knew. They had no payment options that worked. I ended up paying $89.99 x2 which “Marlie” won’t return. A crummy and unreliable experience. I would not recommend this place. "
