This is a charming converted multi-story home, very old-school in its bones, but updated for wifi, chargers, etc. Nicely appointed, two quiet blocks from downtown Summit. Real staff on site--not a tie-line to some national headquarters. Staff goes home at 6 but is close by and available by phone if needed. " TLDR: A person can sleep but the door code doesn’t work well. The door code thing is annoying but the bed was comfy and the other rooms and surrounding area wasn’t loud."

"ここは好みが分かれそうです。場所は文字通りダウンタウンにある家で、安いのて選びました。 部屋はベッドにテレビ、小さなテーブルも1つあり、バスタオル付です。 シャワーとトイレ、キッチンは共用で、片付いています。 が、まず空調は冷房だけで冬は毛布が置いてあるだけです。またWifiはドアに書いてあるものと違うのを使っています。私が一番困ったのは、管理人が正面玄関を開ける形にしているので、自由には出入りし難いことと、部屋には内鍵しかないため、自分がシャワー等を浴びたりしている間のセキュリティが心配になる事でした。 つまり安いなりのリスクがある、ということを自覚して行くと良いでしょう。"
