"The property is great, i especially likes the floor plan and outside patios. With the weather we are having the outdoor patios were great. The price is beyond reasonable too."

"This condo was exactly as pictured and the balcony views overlooking the beach were amazing. The space was really thoughtfully designed despite the square footage with pocket doors, plenty of added closet space for hanging clothes, and enough counter space for food prep. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely little space."

"This is the third summer that my husband and I have visited Montauk and it was, by far, our best week. Debra was an amazing, gracious host who clearly wants the best for her guests. The condo lived up to our expectations, and the adjoining grounds offered some beautiful views of the sunset. The complex is well situated and an easy walk into town. We would definitely come back!"
