This home is perfectly located for easy travel. Sudbury Tube station is just a two-minute walk away, providing direct trains to Central London for a quick and convenient commute. For bus travel, a bus stand is right outside the house, making it incredibly simple to get around.
The property also features a driveway with space for two large cars, offering hassle-free off-street parking.
Tastefully decorated, this lovely family home with 143m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas, offering multiple gastronomy options.
The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table. The area has a warm ambience and features an oversized window that lets in a lot of natural sunlight, brightening the space and making it even more inviting. From here, step out into the peaceful backyard garden, the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the outdoors.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, and microwave, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.
Three bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed and a wardrobe; some have a working desk, and the last bedroom has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.
Step outside to a peaceful and accessible backyard garden, a great spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

The room on the 1st floor is locked and it is not available for guests. The bathrooms are on the ground floor and 2nd floor only.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Great!
My family and I had a great stay at this property. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The facilities in the kitchen served us well and we liked having a bite to eat at the dining table after a busy day. The property is in a great location to get into the centre of London as Sudbury Town station is around a 3 minute walk which was fantastic for us. There is also a lot of take away restaurants and shops near within walking distance. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were nicely furnished. We would consider staying at this property again if we were to visit London again in the future!
