"You need to pick up the key, 3km away from the flat. Missing information about the way you should enter and unlock the front door. 300GPB in assurance, without knowing if/when they cancel the guaranteed block on your credit card. Extreme loud ventilator outside, meaning you need to move the bed. The TV is working but has no channels. The hairdryer is functional but very old and makes noises and you are afraid of if its will blow up, when using it. The place is clean and overall in good shape."

"Had a great stay in the center of a very lively area. We were traveling with a 15 month old toddler, and we requested a baby cot for his stay, which was set up in the unit before we arrived. They also provided a high chair, which was very helpful and an unexpected bonus for takeaway/take out food. We will definitely consider this property again the next time we go to London."
