"The property is in a great location; however the air conditioner in both bedrooms did not work, the electrical plug in the small bedroom did not work, the washer/dryer did not work, there is no safety lock on the inside of the door, there is no book of instructions on how to get anything to work, the check in person was late, and spoke very broken English, and said he would be back the next day to repair but never reappeared. There was a person available by text, to whom we reported the issues....

"The flat is spacious and in a perfect location. The description of the flat notes there is an elevator to the floor but does not make clear that there is a flight of stairs required to get into the flat. This is a problem with those with disability. Some maintenance is needed -- dishwasher drawer, windows that do not close completely, tv missing in bedroom. Fewer decorative items would make shelving and tables more usable. Bed mattresses excellent. Utility room great for drying clothes. Overall,...
