"Great home in a perfect location with lots of shops and restaurants right outside the door as well as the Leicester tube station. The property was clean and modern. The host responded to questions quickly and even had some snacks and drinks waiting for us upon check in. Check in and check out was easy. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property."

"For the first welcome in walk we were greeted by a filthy carpet and funky smell. The carpet was stained throughout the house.The kitchen is old, plastic covers, peeling off cabinets and steel wool holding the washing machine in place. A few tea/coffee cups and glasses but other than that, it’s slim pickings. One tea towel for a week stay? One paper towel, and a few rolls of toilet paper. We had to go out and buy all. We understand that these are old buildings in central London, however, the furnishings were all broken, dirty, and needed to be replaced. It looks like the bathroom had been remodeled somewhat recently. The drain clogged in the shower, but they were quick to repair that.The space is OK. There are two twins or a king bed in one...

"The property owners were great to work with. The pictures in the posting made the space seem much larger than it actually is. It was quite a tight space and there wasn't a great spot to dry our clothes. It was great that the apartment was right next to the underground but I didn't enjoy the surrounding area as much as I hoped. Next time we will stay in a more family friendly area like Covenant Garden "

"The photos are from when the owner purchased it has aged since then. Generally needs a deep clean, carpets are terrible, mould in bathroom. There are shops in walking distance, as you have to buy everything, nothing is included like personal soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry etc.. Kitchen is limitedVery noisy - like a race track and Harrods is lit up all night without block out curtainsSize was good and was very close to tube - good location apart from the race track!"

"The flat was very centrally located in a vibrant street with lots of shops and restaurants. The Brunswick centre across the road has a Waitrose so shopping is convenient. The flat itself is clean and quite conpact but had everything we needed. As a basement it's a little on the dark side and there were a couple of minor irritations such as no bin bags provided and no dishtowel for drying dishes, plus in one bedroom the double bed was pressed against the wall so only one person in a couple can...

"Great location right off Oxford with lots of shopping and dining nearby. Excellent Tube access. Apartment was as advertised, with really nice bedding! The stairs were manageable for us but might be challenging if you have a lot of luggage or health issues. Proximity to Oxford made it a bit noisy on the front side bedroom of the building, but the bedroom facing the back was quite quiet."

"We had a wonderful stay in London. The flat was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was within a 10-20 minute walk of most sites and a close walk to public transportation. "

"Great location - right in the heart of all the parts of London we like to visit! Nice fully equipped kitchen, as well. Seamless check-in process. Unfortunate to find several broken furnishings, a non-working front door key fob, unappealing patio furniture and beds that were not King-sized (according to US standards). That said, the property managers were very helpful in attending to our needs and addressing things, hopefully for the next guests."
