Britannia Apartment is situated on a quiet residential street near Liscard Village, Wallasey. There's private parking located next door to the property big enough for 1 medium size van or car.

Through the private entrance and up one flight of stairs you'll find a beautifully decorated and furnished, light and spacious, peaceful 2 bedroom apartment with all the amenities you'll need for your break on the Wirral.

The large living room complete with large Smart Virgin Media TV and superfast WiFi, plenty of comfortable sofas for 6 guests, one of which is a large, comfortable double sofa bed.

The two very good size bedrooms, (one double and one with king that can be split to two singles on request) with quality mattresses. Both rooms have hanging space, drawers, bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, hair dryer and room darkening curtains. Hotel quality bedding and towels are provided. For infants a travel cot with mattress (no bedding provided) and high chair are available at the property.

The Kitchen breakfast room has a washing machine, large fridge freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of pots, pans, utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. The dining table is set for seating 4 but can be extended to seat 6 and there are 2 spare chairs in the hall cupboard. You will also find the iron, ironing board and clothes airer in the hall cupboard.
Initial supply of teas, coffees, sugar, hot chocolate, biscuits, milk, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, cling film, foil, salt, pepper, olive oil, dishcloth, tea towel and surface spray.

The newly fitted shower room has sink with light up vanity mirror and storage cupboard below. The walk in shower has overhead rainfall and handheld attachment. Hand wash, body was and body lotion supplied along with a couple of toilet rolls.

Free Superfast WiFi is available throughout the property.

This property is available for groups of workers short term or long term and families, couples or small groups of friends as a holiday let.
