THREE-ROOM-APARTMENT for 4-6 persons, on two levels, composed of ground floor: garage. 1st floor: living room with 1 double divan-bed, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with window, balcony. Air-conditioning.

In Lignano Sabbiadoro there is a remarkable variety of theme parks such as the amusement Euro Park, Parco Avventura, Junior Park, Gommosi, Gulliverlandia, the Zoo Punta Verde, the water park Acquasplash. Every Monday the local market situated next to the stadium is opened from 8:00 to 13:00: all kind of clothing manufactures, leather goods, local and natural wine and food products. For the culture lovers art and photografy exhibitions are often shown at Terrazza Mare. At Parco Hemmingway the street theatre Pupi e Pini entertains children and adults. Tourists can enjoy great fashion brand shops, jeweller’s shops, sports shops and food and wine stores, restaurants and pizzerias, fashionable bars all located on the main street of Lignano Sabbiadoro.

The rental price includes:

* Final cleaning excluding the kitchen and related dishes that must be left cleaned and in perfect order by the guest, otherwise the cleaning costs will be charged directly to the customer: € 60,00 for one-room / two-room, € 70,00 for three-room or more rooms
* Beach facilities (1 umbrella + 1 deck chair + 1 sunbed) free of charge. The beach service is guaranteed from the beginning of May to mid-September.

* 1 invitation for a wine and a local product tasting at a wine shop in Bibione (mid-April to mid-October)
* 1 Europa card per family, card with 10% discount in various restaurants and shops in Bibione, Lignano and their surroundings, and at the thermal Center "Bibione Thermae".

Chargeable services:
* Baby crib for children from 0 to 3 years old: € 5,00 / day (linen excluded)
* Baby changing table, high chair and stroller rental € 3,00 per day

* 20% discount on the Green Fees at the Lignano Golf Club
* Bike rental for children and adults at the price of € 25,00 per week/bike upon availability (security deposit € 50,00). Child seats and helmets are also provided upon availability.
* E-Bikes rental € 25,00 / day (security deposit € 50,00) – reservation is compulsory
* Bed sheets rental: € 11,00 per person/change – bath towels rental € 10,00 per person/change
* Tourist tax to be payed on spot: € 0.70/person/day. Children under 12 years old are free of charge.
* Check-in from 5.00 p.m – check-out 9.00 a.m.
