"The resort is located on the hill and has a great view of adjascent hills and valleys.The resort Design is unique and is filled with trees and flowers.The rooms have excellent views of the valley and is quite relaxing.
The only drawback of this resort is the prices of food which is prohibitively high and may be big negative for people visiting this place for long holidays.My sinscere advice to the hotel management would be to rethink the food pricing at the resort to make the stays truly...

(e.g. Taking luggage to and from the room the staff insisted to leave it to them which was very nice service , room service to make up beds in the evening were fast and efficient, IT problems with TV quickly rectified, staff left plenty of water bottles when visiting the room without being asked). "The view was great. The description of the hotel is wrong. Access is only for backpackers. Wheelchair is a joke. Taxis are not allowed closer than 200 m and from there it is steap up. In winter you even cannot be sure of that. We had to go approx. 1km on a slippery road. Taxis did not dare go there. The hotel is not suitabel for use in low temp. We had reserved 2 nights but left after 1 night. - still cold as ice."

Good easily walkable property on road side beside river. Food was good. Staff was cooperative. Location is beautiful. Vibes are unmatchable at bench side of river.
Cons-
Rooms are not much clean, bit smelly. No facility of room heater. Parking is small. Breakfast takes a long time to prepare."

"hotel is very convinently situated near the government Lifts and Hotel has lifts which leads to The Mall Road .This hotel is however not good for people having disability and you have to climb steep stairs to reach the way to the Lobby /Reception.Newly renovated rooms in New Wing do not have any view."

The stay was very comfortable, staff very polite and friendly and our room had two balconies with excellent views. A special mention to the F &B department who were very obliging when my father was a little unwell and wanted to have idlis for dinner. The breakfast was good and we were happy with the facilities provided.
