Grundlæggende har vores restaurant ganske forskellige fødevarer, og vi har aldrig modtaget nogen klager over prisen siden den brede vifte af køkken, vi har. Vi vil overveje din anmodning og se på den. Hvad angår det store vandhul uden for lejren, på grund af regntiden, er vejene meget dårlige, og vi har ikke ret til at gøre noget på de offentlige veje. Vi er nødt til at følge de normale regeringsproducenter, uanset om det ikke kun er os, der bruger vejene, vi har nabobygger og også landsbyboerne omkring os, der oprindeligt bruger den samme vej. Dear Sri Harsha Kankanala, We are really sorry about the power cut we suffer due to heavy rains when you were here, but it was so strong that our installations system was disturbed. We did our best to solve it asap, as you saw. About the Safari boxes, all the food is prepared every day so it's fresh, not the previous day's food. And about the bug you found, we are so sorry but also due to hard rains, it's almost impossible to make them disappear, despite the fact that we take all appropriate measures to avoid them. Regarding our location, we assume that you didn't search for us in Google Maps, as we are perfectly located there and we also have road sings so you can easily get to our Lodge.

Thank you for the review and we would like to give you a feedback, but this is difficult due you wrote as "anonymous" and we do not have details about your stay. Also important part of your review has nothing to do with our lodge (you talk about a hotel) or the coffee/tea kettle is standard in all our Safari Luxury Glamping tents. (maybe you booked another type of accommodation, like budget bell tent) All our Safari Tents have their own solar heating system. We would like to give you a feedback on your stay, so invite you to send an email with your bookings details, so we can investigate and make things better.
