"Large space just home with great layout. Pool and Jacuzzi were definitely perks for the kids to keep them busy before venturing out during the days guest suite was perfect for sister-in-law to be able to get away. Awesome neighborhood to be in walking distance to target and other shopping stores. Overall, excellent place to stay if visiting LA. Down the street from Melrose place lol"

"The location worked very well for us. We were in town primarily for a wedding at Malibou Lodge. We also enjoyed the close proximity to Pepperdine University, Surf rider beach, the PCH, Malibu Canyon Rd. & the 101.The house was great for entertaining the 12 of us. "My family of four and my sister-in-law’s family of five stayed in the villa for several days before heading down to Anaheim. We all wished we could have changed our plans to allow more days at the villa. It was amazing! The views are some of the best we’ve ever had during any of our stays in LA (or LA area).
