"Adequate"

"What a beautiful little cottage and very clean and reliable host! We have rented several times from Neil and he is the best and very accommodating! And I loved the fact that we were located right in front of the dog park so it was really easy to let our dog run around in there and convenient! Thank you Neil and staff!"

"This was the perfect place to stay for our jiu jitsu tournament! The house was very clean and well stocked (though would have been awesome to have some salt/pepper/spices/cooking oil). The communal pool and rec room were a short walk away. Our host was very helpful and accommodating - quick to answer any questions. It was also nice to not have a huge chore list to do before check out (just take out the trash). Huge help when traveling alone with young kids. We will stay here again next year for...

"Absolutely fantastic communication throughout and have to say I felt extremely safe and secure throughout our stay. Teenagers loved the games room and the villa had everything we needed to make it an enjoyable stay. Villa was spotless and the actual neighbourhood was nice and quiet. Villa was in a perfect location, close to all amenities and I felt right at home. Highly recommend this villa and we will definitely be back. Great hosts."

"Nice view! Very quiet."
