"Rooms very nice the people are always very nice"

"Very worn. Elevator and front dor out of order. Many rooms deemed unsafe (picture). Room without shower curtain and coffee cups. Not clean. Homeless people sleeping on the staircase. Seems like closing down? Price way too high for that quality!"

"Gammelt nedslidt hotel. Vores værelse var beskidt. Kaffepletter på vægge, sengebetræk og møbler. Papirstynde vægge og rigtig meget larm fra forskellige folk der skændtes på gangen gennem hele natten. Ville aldrig anbefale det og vil aldrig bo her igen."

"This inn is perfectly located if you want to drink and dine in Carytown and that would be enough BUT it is also owned and operated by some wonderful folks who work extra hard to make you comfortable, the linens are nice, the bathrobes are fluffy, there’s a wine and cheese hour as well as a fancy coffee maker, and breakfast was lovely. Put all that together and you have and even better Richmond adventure. Loved our stay!"

"The current average rating is way too high. This place is unremarkable, pictures on the site are unrepresentative and service is horrible. 1) service: This hotel is in the gold hotel.com rewards program. As gold members we should therefore be offered both a free drink and a complimentary upgrade if available. On this particular day the hotel was mostly empty. Upon check-in the person at the front desk entirely refused to provide either rewards although acknowledging that it was clearly stated...

"TV didn’t work, staff wasn’t helpful. It didn’t work throughout the stay. Staff made not much effort to fix or offer options. Just said we called TV company and “they will do what they can”. Nothing was done."

"This was a really great place to stay for a quick trip to Richmond. Check in was a breeze, the staff was very friendly, and there was plenty of parking on site (although you did have to pay a small daily parking fee which was unexpected). The buffet breakfast was well done, and coffee was always available in the lobby. Rooms were clean and quiet. Located in Henrico suburbs, between Short Pump and Richmond City, but very easy access to I64/I95. Would definitely recommend if you have a car."

"Hotel was very clean. A very nice location. I would stay there again."

"It is not a place for those with disabilities. I use a walker. No one could help me with my luggage. I had to walk up a very long ramp to get into the building to check in. Then I couldn’t open the door to get into. I was instructed to park behind the building and I was given a room next to last from the entrance. I wasn’t told I could park in front and go in that door. Parking was 15 check-in only but for handicapped you could park there."
