Fint sted med vidunderlig tagterrasse med flot view ud over Istanbul. Poolen var kun åben mellem kl. 11.00 og 17.00, hvilket er tosset, da vi ønskede at bade om morgenen og aftenen.

Klasse hotel og super fin beliggenhed lige ved siden af Grand Bazar. Konge udsigt fra rooftop. Det spiller! Super lækker med spa og faciliteter. Eneste man skal være obs på, er at når man bestiller Taxa, så ringer de til deres egner kontakter og venner og aftaler en fast pris som er 30% dyrer, derfor kræv altid at de skal tænde taxameteret.

Dejligt ophold
Vi har vlret i Istanbul i perioden 10/9-18/9 og vi havde et rigtig tilfredsstillende ophold på hotellet. Personalet var meget rar og hjælpsomme. Service og rengøring har også været upåklageligt. Hvis vi vil nævne en ting, så er det bare, at det kunne være dejligt med lidt mere variation af morgenmaden.

Fantastisk tagterrasse..!
Et dejligt hotel der næsten fortjener topkarakterer, hvis man ser bort fra den ret ringe morgenmad. Jeg rejser meget og må sige denne morgenmad tager næsten bunden. Det der virkelig tager kegler er hotellets FANTASTISKE tagterrasse med udsigten over havn og hav samt stort område med by og moskeer. I forbindelse med poolområdet er der en dejlig solterrasse, der også ligger på taget. Poolen er desværre indendørs. Værelserne er lidt små og badeværelset trænger til at opdatering/opgradering. Skal du bo her, skal det være for terrassernes skyld. Servicen er upåklagelig og alle er virkelig servicemindede.

For meget larm, arrogant personale, tynde vægge
Havde ønsket et værelse i et roligt område, men fik imellem en masse larmende arabiske familier der "råbte" i tlf. hele natten, larmede på gangene, rendte ud og ind af værelserne konstant og smækkede med dørene. Vi klagede over larmen og bad om at blive flyttet, men blev mødt af en utrolig arrogant, såkaldt manager, i receptionen, der sagde det ikke kunne lade sig gøre før vi havde ringet ned til receptionen om aftenen og klaget over larmen. Ringede derned på 3. aften og klagede men der blev ikke gjort noget. På 4. dagen klagede vi til en dame i receptionen som var meget forstående og sød og ville flytte os til et roligt område. Den arrogante "manager" kom hen til hende og overtog vores flytning og vi blev flyttet til et område der var endnu mere larmende. Både af larmende gæster og ud til en larmende vej. Har på fornemmelsen han gjorde det bevist mod os. Det eneste positive ved dette hotel var den søde receptionist der prøvede at hjælpe os og en ung mand der stod i receptionen aftenen før vi skulle hjem, der hjalp os med at ringe til transfer firmaet vi havde booket tranport hos til lufthavnen.

We payet extra for the "president suite" and the wiev was fine. Breakfast good - But we cud not get an extra blanket for the bed - That is poor service.

Zu Fuß sind die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit gutem Restaurant. Achtung: beim Transfer zum Flughafen mehr Zeit einplanen, da die Straßen ziemlich verstopft sind.

I went to the bar to have a drink. The bar man over charged me. I paid $350. And I mean $350 for five shots of remy Martin that the whole bottle cost $30 outside. That was ridiculous. Also I extended my stay for one more day and they moved from my room to another one.

Good location, in a quiet area but still a 15 minute walk from the main sights of Sultanahmet. Good quality, reasonably priced food at the both the restaurant and for room service. Cocktails at the English Pub actually were cheaper than every other restaurant we visited during our stay. Staff were really helpful, especially when my husband injured his arm. They let us call our travel insurance company from the reception phones for free, and found us cheap taxis which didn't over charge to get us to the hospital, and later the airport. We also had an issue with a bad smell in our room after checking in, and we were moved to a new room very quickly when this was unable to be resolved. There was a smart TV in the room which connected to streaming services like NetFlix and Disney . A staff member even came into our room immediately at 10pm to fix an issue with this TV. Great views from the breakfast room and restaurant. Only slight negatives were a leaky shower in the bathroom and inconsistent variety of hot breakfast items. Some days it was turkish breakfast pastries and potato rostis, other days it was bizarre items you wouldn't normally eat for breakfast like french fries and onion rings instead!
