The property is very centrally located and it is easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and sites. The room was very comfortable and modern.

Great Hotel, Received Upgrade
The hotel is stylish, in a great location as it’s easy to walk to restaurants, sites etc. The superior room is spacious, the bed very comfortable with good pillows and bedding. Black out drapes also provide a very good sleep. You do hear some street noise depending on the night and how much activity is outside. Breakfast is very good. All staff are helpful and friendly. The only shortcoming is parking and the difficulty of unloading and reloading the car with luggage.

Nice modern bathroom, very comfortable bed. Clean and tidy. Super breakfast. Located in the city center walking distance to the lake. Perfect dinner location at the rooftop bar/restaurant.

Great new hotel in center of town. Rooms are large with comfy beds. Restaurants, cafes and lake are within walking distance. Would stay there again.

It is centrally located and View from restaurant and bar at the top is outstanding. Parking is not on-site but literally across the street with 24 hour access. Breakfast buffet has good selection and includes local items (pita, cheeses, yogurt, olive bread, and other items).

Brand new hotel in real city center Ioannina with all facilities. Rooms with excellent bedding and terrace with Lake view. Free WiFi and workable (strong) Interesting roof terrace on top floor Food provided with excellent quality Hotel offers free parking in the close Parking plot (300m) All bars, restaurants around. Would certainly go back because of friendly personnel and good hotel management for this real 4* hotel Soon pool should open at -3 floor 😉

Fantastisch nieuw hotel met persoonlijke service: receptioniste gaat mee naar de kamer om alles uit te leggen en we kregen gratis fruit aangeboden. Parkeren is gratis in een ondergrondse garage op loopafstand. Pluspunt: rooftopbar . Helaas was het zwembad buiten werking. Verbeterpuntje: zorg dat het douchescherm al het water tegenhoudt...nu werd het een waterballet op de vloer en hang haakjes voor de douchlakens iets lager zodat ook kleine mensen erbij kunnen.

Personnel très pro. Hôtel moderne et grand confort, silencieux contrairement à certains avis étonnant. Idéalement situé en plein centre-ville. Parking en travaux mais places dédiées dans le parking public à 100m. Seul bémol: le balcon contient un espace très dangereux pour un enfant qui peut y tomber. Il faut être vigilant dans ce cas.

They have some things to do better. It’s a new modern hotel with nice design. But they dont clean the rooms enough. I took a shower in the morning and in the afternoon when we came back to the room they didn’t even took the hair away from the bath and didn’t changed towels. The first day we arrived they had forgotten the sanitary paper in the toilet. They have a roof garden but they play music so high until 02.00 at least so we couldn’t sleep. The breakfast was good.

We had a great expirence at the hotel, breakfast was excellent. Wasn’t excited about Nisi island. Very unkept with a lot of vendors. Loved going up into the mountains and seeing the villages.

Wonderful stay
Had a great time staying here. We had a room on the top floor and enjoyed a very large bed, very modern bathroom, and an overall very friendly staff. The young woman who helped us at the delicious breakfast was particularly nice. We would stay here again without any hesitation.

Absolutely fantastic modern hotel
Drove up from Olympia. Fairly easy to find hotel however parking was more than difficult. Had a spot outside hotel on street but advised not to park there as police station right there. Receptionist very friendly and tried to be helpful but her English was lost in translation and we spent over an hour trying to park. Once that was out of the way, the hotel was fantastic! Modern, clean, quiet with big fluffy towels. Within walking distance of my historical sites and near lots of restaurants. Breakfast buffet was fantastic.
