"The place was dirty, first room smell like cigarettes and there was a hole in wall, I didn’t know I was in hood the way the room smell like also. First time coming to Houston and I thought it was a nice hotel and it was not. I didn’t even stay at all and got catfish by the “nice pictures”."

"No staff around hardly at all. I came to the location to sleep because I have no bed and wanted a good nights rest and the people above me kept me up all night and the motel didn’t even offer anything for this nuisance. The ran the floors all night and talking so loud"
