I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them."

"The hotel itself its a little rundown. the A/C was cooling but not its best either. Evening attendees were courteous but the morning crew was not at all. I also requested some sheets for the sofa bed because there was non in the room, I called and never got an answer, then I text and waited until I had to go to the lobby to get them myself."

"Very polite and easy check in, room was very clean!! Comfortable bed, pillows. Amenities fantastic with the indoor pool. Breakfast was very well organized with plenty of options. I would definitely return!!"

"A great place to go and relax. Our host was available whenever needed. The unit was clean and well stocked. We had a wonderful time and if we go to the area again, which we might, we hope this unit will be available. We lived it here. "

"Property needs updating in a bad way. It was mostly clean but there's only so much they can do. Bathtub had a slow drip leak you could hear all night and consequently tub nonslip mat had mold. Was asked not to lower a/c below 70 degrees so it wouldn't freeze up. Breakfast was pretty minimal. Good location."

"There was mold in the shower . The plastic glassware that was provided was extremely greasy & scratched. Also, I have had month long stays at other properties & every week we were provided fresh linens & paper towels & toilet tissue. We were provided 1 kitchen towel so had to buy them. Bought sheets as didn’t want to be responsible for shoving the nice king size sheets provided into the small washer & dryer as was suggested. "Came to the area for some live music at a local venue one evening. Blue Aztec was very clean and comfortable, oh and AC was ice cold! "

"Room appeared clean but found several small live roaches. We don't keep trash in our room. Very noisy, people screaming and fighting with each other. Wi -fi intermittent. Tv channel selection TERRIBLE !! Breakfast was a joke, generic sugary cereal, apples, only good thing was yogurt. Truck from construction was overflowing with trash outside our door. Would not stay there again. I don't recommend."
