I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them."

"Very polite and easy check in, room was very clean!! Comfortable bed, pillows. Amenities fantastic with the indoor pool. Breakfast was very well organized with plenty of options. I would definitely return!!"

"A great place to go and relax. Our host was available whenever needed. The unit was clean and well stocked. We had a wonderful time and if we go to the area again, which we might, we hope this unit will be available. We lived it here. "

"The hotel itself its a little rundown. the A/C was cooling but not its best either. Evening attendees were courteous but the morning crew was not at all. I also requested some sheets for the sofa bed because there was non in the room, I called and never got an answer, then I text and waited until I had to go to the lobby to get them myself."

"Host was extremely attentive and available whenever we reached out. She was flexible with our arrival as well. The property was clean, cozy and perfect for our needs. "

"Property needs updating in a bad way. It was mostly clean but there's only so much they can do. Bathtub had a slow drip leak you could hear all night and consequently tub nonslip mat had mold. Was asked not to lower a/c below 70 degrees so it wouldn't freeze up. Breakfast was pretty minimal. Good location."

"Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. "

"Excellent stay at Hideaway Haven. Rental was exactly as advertised. Very clean and well stocked. Liked being in a nice, quiet, residential neighborhood but also close to everything. Enjoyed sitting out on the lanai under the trees on a nice warm evening. Had a little trouble with the WiFi that Suzy took care of very quickly. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in the area. "

"Room appeared clean but found several small live roaches. We don't keep trash in our room. Very noisy, people screaming and fighting with each other. Wi -fi intermittent. Tv channel selection TERRIBLE !! Breakfast was a joke, generic sugary cereal, apples, only good thing was yogurt. Truck from construction was overflowing with trash outside our door. Would not stay there again. I don't recommend."
