The views from this hotel are hard to beat. That being said, that is the only thing i would give 5 stars. The chairs by the pool are so hard to get because so many of them are only for rent, making it difficult for parents with littles to actually be close to their children to keep an eye on them. The upholstery in the dining areas, the curtains, the seating in the lobby ALL had massive stains on them and was so gross looking. There is a smell they are trying to pump through the lobby but it is SO strong it's overwhelming. Our bathroom wall had cracks in it and our room smelt musty. My husband tipped the valet $20 each morning for them to simply move the car, we needed the car a second time one day and the next morning I overhead the man who picked the car up the second time speaking poorly of my husband because he did not tip him. We have stayed here 3 times over the past 4 years but this will be the last time, it has unfortunately gone down hill significantly.
