  • Velkommen til 12 plettet sandpiper! Denne klassiske Sea Pines fem soveværelse, tre badeværelser hjem kan sove en gruppe på op til 11 gæster i alt. Det er placeret på anden række havet i Sea Pines - en meget let gåtur til stranden!

    En dejlig frynsegode ved dette hjem er, at det tilbyder gratis poolvarme. Så længe temperaturen ikke falder under 55 grader, er du klar til at nyde GRATIS poolvarme typisk marts til maj og september til november (skal ringe til kontoret inden dit ophold for at bekræfte og planlægge).

    • Poolinfo: Cirka 15 fod og 30 fod. Puljen kan kun opvarmes sæsonbestemt. Det er ikke i stand til at blive opvarmet, hvis temperaturerne falder til under 55 grader på ethvert tidspunkt under dit ophold. Skal ringe til Coastal Home and Villa mindst to uger før din ankomst for at arrangere poolvarme.

Amazing Place for the Entire Family

We had an amazing family stay at this property. Short walk to the beach. What I loved the most is everyone has space to spread out and there was plenty of seating when we all wanted to be together. We will definitely be back!

Great Hilton Head home

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Plenty of room for our group of 8. All systems worked perfectly and the WiFi is fast. The beach is close - (75 yards or so) and was great for walking.. Our entire group enjoyed our stay

This house was exactly what we needed for our vacation. The layout was perfect for our family. The outdoor decks and pool area were absolutely lovely. Everything felt very secluded and was super quiet. Second row and only a couple minute walk to the beachm you could see the ocean from the second floor of the house. This house being dog friendly made it even more worth it for us so we could bring our furry family members. We would definitely recommend this home and would certainly stay here again.

September Getaway

Dated. Very odd decorations and "artwork". The icemaker made an incredibly obnoxious noise and needs to repaired or replaced. I finally turned it off for some peace and quiet which is why we went down to the beach in the first place. Oak leaves in the pool for the majority of the stay.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was what we needed with sleeping arrangements and space for our family. One of the bedrooms upstairs the sheets had not been cleaned and were Sandy ,so I had to wash them which is not what you feel like doing after a long drive. The bathrooms need updating but worked fine. Sea pines location is in a beautiful area for riding bikes and salty dog and Harbor Town. Overall I would recommend the property.

The home is in a gorgeous area with lush greenery everywhere close to the beach with a beach path leading from the house. The pool was incredible with spectacular evening lighting. We had a great time! Two refrigerators were wonderful. The house was well stocked with all kinds of cooking utensils and dishes.

Two fridges. Beautiful view. Lots of trees around house. Please get the proper authorities to spray the area for mosquitoes. Even with repellent lots of bites when sitting and talking outside. Had an umbrella & 3 chairs stolen when we left them at the beach first night. Maybe highlight more not to do that more on info send. Some trouble controlling the AC. Kept house very cold which is better than hot but too cold most time. Maybe have the system checked out and more instructions on how to keep it best temp for guests. Wonderful 5 nights and 4 days!!

And the pool was beautiful. It has old growth trees & shrubs, like a private oasis. The house was comfortable; the rooms had a good layout. We loved the big table & spent a lot of time on the porch. Just really comfortable & we had a great week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this home, was perfect for 6 adults and two toddlers to have their own rooms. Pool was amazing, closeness to beach was idyllic. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again IF they added shelves to the terrace level bathroom. Maybe take down one of the towel racks and add a couple shelves for guests to put their toiletries. Kitchen was fantastically stocked with everything you need to cook all types of meals.

Amazing beach home

Ideal location with beautifully landscaped private pool. Large porch facing ocean with a peek-a-boo ocean view. Very well stocked kitchen has all you need for your stay.

The very short walk to the beach was private and even saw a few deer on our short walk. I would describe the furnishing as comfortable and cozy, but not high end or elegant. Just so your have the right expectations. We will rent this property again in the future.
