"Excellent hotel, clean, new, staff speak english, location is good."

"The maintenance of the hotel is good. Good for family travel with kids as their pool is big & fun. Great location as have subway exit right in front of the hotel."

"The Venice is a charismatic - if a bit tacky - hotel in the heart of Shenzhen, it's situated almost directly on top of the the most central part of the subway providing easy access to the most interesting areas of Shenzhen as well as being close to the primary business area of Hi-Tech Park. The facilies are certainly not lacking and at times may seem a bit too glamourous, even. The staff are proficient at English and perfectly understandable, which for China is a huge plus."

"Very good hotel, an friendly staff"

"Wonderful! The room was incredible, the people were kind and friendly, we could walk to shopping, massage, and it was safe. The staff goes all out to help -- even take the luggage from the taxi and bring it all the way to the room. This was not a bellman, but the manager of the hotel herself! She was awesome! The bed was super soft and we wanted to sleep all day, the food at the restaurant was excellent, and the gym was clean and well organized. We will stay here when we go again for sure."

"An exceptional stay defined by sharp, confident aesthetics. The hotel stands out immediately for its design—the material palette is effortlessly cool, striking, and executed with serious intention. From the textures of the raw surfaces to the subtle ambient scent that anchors the entrance, the curation is spot-on. The room itself is wonderfully spacious, beautifully balanced, and finished with meticulous attention to detail. The service matches the caliber of the space, thanks entirely to Jacky....

"One night stay in the hotel gives us comfort after a busy day. There are some authentic Chinese restaurants near the area as well as traditional massage parlors wherein you can enjoy."

"Amazing appart hotel, modern, clean, spacious, well equipped, super helpful staff and good location"

"Convenient location and it was a valuable experience staying in this hotel. We would stay again in the near future."

"Wonderfully located. Beautiful architecture. Lovely rooms in size and quality. Very poor English usage though"

"Our stay was excellent! Only stayed one night but can say the staff was helpful, room was clean with a great view, and the washing machine is a lifesaver halfway through our long trip. Knocked down a star because our soap was not prefilled and the TV has a 5 minute ad every time you start it up."
