"Had a wonderful 3-week stay at Artisse Place with my daughter. The location is ideal—right next to the Q-Plex and surrounded by great restaurants. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and access to Fusion Gym was a great bonus. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional—friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. "Overall a pretty nice hotel with a very convenient location having a shoppingcenter right under the hotel. Cleaning service and 2 bottles of water everyday. You can communicate with the reception on WeChat, which is very convenient. The downsides are that it’s a bit complicated to find the reception, which is in one building on 9th floor, so you have to ask the security (who does not speak English) on the ground floor permission to access the elevator. "I will not be returning to this place. I was not informed before the booking of the huge construction they have going on. My room was literally in the middle of a construction site. The noise should according to the hotel be from 9-12 and 14-19. The few times I wanted to relax in the hotel room in the mentioned hours, I instantly regretted. It was simply impossible to be there with the noise. Two mornings they even started around 8! I requested a partial refund at the information desk, but they...

"The Venice is a charismatic - if a bit tacky - hotel in the heart of Shenzhen, it's situated almost directly on top of the the most central part of the subway providing easy access to the most interesting areas of Shenzhen as well as being close to the primary business area of Hi-Tech Park. The facilies are certainly not lacking and at times may seem a bit too glamourous, even. The staff are proficient at English and perfectly understandable, which for China is a huge plus."
