"Amazing appart hotel, modern, clean, spacious, well equipped, super helpful staff and good location"

"Very nice apartment, convenient location, excellent customer service from check in to check out. Highly recommend."

"The Venice is a charismatic - if a bit tacky - hotel in the heart of Shenzhen, it's situated almost directly on top of the the most central part of the subway providing easy access to the most interesting areas of Shenzhen as well as being close to the primary business area of Hi-Tech Park. The facilies are certainly not lacking and at times may seem a bit too glamourous, even. The staff are proficient at English and perfectly understandable, which for China is a huge plus."

"The maintenance of the hotel is good. Good for family travel with kids as their pool is big & fun. Great location as have subway exit right in front of the hotel."

"Hassel free. Great breakfast. Laundry was top notch"

"Everything is nice. Only in the morning when i check to my breakfast the personal is waiting for me 20 meters before the breackfast reception in a wierdlocation it feels like i beeing ambush and they going shihitsu on my psicology"

"Convenient location and it was a valuable experience staying in this hotel. We would stay again in the near future."

"One night stay in the hotel gives us comfort after a busy day. There are some authentic Chinese restaurants near the area as well as traditional massage parlors wherein you can enjoy."

Book the panoramic suite, it’s worth it. The mini buffet in the lobby doesn’t hurt either. Dining was great, although breakfast can be a little cramped. Staff is wonderful and obviously well trained. Though still below the personalised service expected from the ultra luxury chains, Andaz Shenzhen is...

"Excellent and well Located hotel in a great area."

"The location wasn’t the best but if u take cab around it’s fine. The breakfast is awful, don’t bother wasting stomach space. Overall, it’s a decent hotel."
