We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with our hotel service and AC system in your room. Each room HAVE functioning AC-otherwise all guests in all rooms would have complained about it constantly . Our AC is a new technology system with air processing , but it is unrealistic to expect the temperature to decrease by 30 degrees in a minute like you demanded. Our staff performance is well known as excellent, other members of your family appreciated the stay, so your discontent really left us surprised. According to your note about environmental protection and energy saving in the hotel we would like to inform you that artificial fire in the lobby on HighTech screen with low consumption meets the condition of the environmental program. On the other hand we have to reveal that the fact that you left your AC running fully for many hours every day when you were out of the hotel room is not in accordance with the safety, energy and env.protection program , which we strictly follow and respect. However, we will use the feedback to make us better.
