"My room was not ready when I arrived, I was told by the front desk person that it would be ready in 15 minutes, after 30 mins I spoke to a different frint desk associate named Shasta who was not only so apologetic and professional but went above and beyond to get me into a room and made every accommodation she had to, to make up for the inconvenience. She was a friendly face, cheerful and had a great attitude on a very crazy busy weekend. Shasta is truly an asset to the front desk and I hope to...
