1) The hotel does not explicitly state that it does not have the means to receive online payments from its customers: this should be explicit and not leave the customer to discover this in the worst possible way. But the worst part is not allowing the cancellation of the reservation with a refund. THIS IS A TRAP.
2) The hotel takes a long time (beyond the check-in start time) to provide the room number. I myself witnessed other similar situations.
3) BUT THE WORST PART is that the hotel's internet and TV were only made available to me from the fifth day (out of ten) of my stay, only after complaining a lot, including to Expedia. This is REGRETTABLE, it RUINED my main plans for this trip to Frankfurt. It denotes the LACK OF COMMITMENT OF THE REMOTE TEAM of this hotel to its guests, which is UNACCEPTABLE.
4) Apparently, the room's temperature control does not seem to be working correctly. I was unsuccessful. This could be extremely critical during the summer.
5) Expedia could also have acted more proactively; they are not committed to the customer and seem more like public servants, which is terrible.
6) However, I must acknowledge that the hotel, within its category and price range, has good facilities, a good location, and, were it not for these mentioned problems, it would have been very good.
