"No reception and feels more like an AirBnB than a hotel. The breakfast was very disappointing. Our AC did not work, and we had to be given a different room for one night. They contacted us and said the AC was fixed, which was not true. We were put in yet another room for 2 nights, after speaking with the owner, who was kind and helpful. The last night they did not have a room for us, and we asked for refund and found another hotel. Despite contacting them several times, no refund for the last...

"Hotellet ligger meget smukt i bjergene.

Dejlig morgen mad, stort udvalg. Kommer meget gerne tilbage "

"Super nice hotel with a great breakfast buffet."

"The place was beautiful, but for us the outside didn’t seem to match the inside . So beautiful and peaceful outside and so outdated inside .if you have your breakfast outside is very nice and calming but inside it’s like a cafeteria. But location is perfect "

"Fint beliggenhed.

"Very disappointing stay. The hotel has completely lost its charm and feels outdated and old-fashioned. Our room had an unpleasant smell and was located a long walk from the main building. The breakfast buffet was very traditional and lacked both variety and quality. Another major disappointment was the waterfront access. What used to be a complimentary service now comes at a high extra cost and is simply not worth the money. Overall, we expected much more for the price. Unfortunately, we would...

"Meget centralt. Dejligt hotel"

"Fantastisk morgenmads buffet"

"We had a wonderful stay at Los Geranios. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking – waking up to the sea every morning was unforgettable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The service was outstanding throughout our stay and made us feel truly valued as guests. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious food with something for everyone. The hotel’s location right by the beach is perfect, making it easy to...

"Beautifull Old hotel in Sóller - Rooms, breakfast and the inviroment was percect. The staff very friendly, helpful and competent. "

"God morgenmad. Fint værelse. Venligt personale.

"Great hotel with modern rooms and an excellent central location with easy to walk to nearby shopping and public transportation. The room had USB power sockets and also wireless phone chargers by the bed, which was convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a nice terrazzo area, although we did not use it (December visit). During summer evenings I am certain that we would have used it to relax and have a drink"
