"I loved staying in the hotel, I had one of the suites, so I had a private bathroom and a big room. The hotel is small, the staff outmost friendly and helpful - feels almost like staying with family. The concept is 'low key', so eg no TV in my room, which I think is a big advantage. They are repeat visitors at the Palms because it is second to none on Ocean Beach. Bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas provided making it stress free. "This house was very nice, as pictured or better. Clean, no issues checking in or out. Wagon was there as promised, more bikes than promised, lots of beach towels and chairs provided.
