"I loved staying in the hotel, I had one of the suites, so I had a private bathroom and a big room. The hotel is small, the staff outmost friendly and helpful - feels almost like staying with family. The concept is 'low key', so eg no TV in my room, which I think is a big advantage. They are repeat visitors at the Palms because it is second to none on Ocean Beach. Bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas provided making it stress free.
