"I loved staying in the hotel, I had one of the suites, so I had a private bathroom and a big room. The hotel is small, the staff outmost friendly and helpful - feels almost like staying with family. The concept is 'low key', so eg no TV in my room, which I think is a big advantage. It is all about being there, enjoying the surroundings, no cars etc etc. Bed comfy, bathroom excellent, internet top, fresh fruit and coffee available and free at any time. surroundings beatifull. The side of the Ice Palace along the walk looks like an abandon garbage dumpThe new chairs by the pool are nice but hard as a rock and not at all comfortable to lie on. They should have mats to put on them. I'd even be willing to pay to rent one for the lounge chair."
