"Very nice hotel with a good atmosphere "

"The hotel was excellent. However, on arrival I was informed, I was that the hotel was sold out and my booking canceled, despite booking confirmation and prepayment. The staff was very apologetic and offered me a replacement room at their flagship hotel 20 minutes drive away. Although disappointed I accepted. For the following two nights, I was upgraded to a better room and was also given free breakfast. In the situation, good style! "

"Clean room and good breakfast in the morning. Gym and spa facilities were good though the gym is small so avoid peak times. "

"Convenient location for Gatwick and long-term parking options. 16th century building with bedrooms in character separate block. Upstairs bedrooms only accessible by steps but large size with King bed, chair and desk. Large bathroom and good shower. Very good breakfast with locally sourced ingredients and large portions. We were a late check in and manager brought us bottles from the bar to our room. Would stay again for sure."

The room was spotless, comfortable, and I had a really good night’s sleep. The complimentary breakfast was lovely — I was very tempted by the cooked option, but time wasn’t on my side this morning! ⏰🍳 As a solo female traveller with a dog, this has been one of my best stays yet. "Pod hotel, contained all needed for a quick stay before early morning flight. Spent a total of less than 8 hours at the hotel; in that time the room offered all I needed. "

"We stayed one night and we were very pleased we chose Hampton by Hilton. The room had been very recently refurbished was clean, spacious and the bed (and pillows) were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of just about everything. I have no hesitation in recommending you put this at the top of the list of choices when flying from the North Terminal."
