"4 disgusting leering men present at 2am. This motel was so filthy and stunk like mold and curry. I told them I was canceling the reservation as the hotel was in unacceptable condition and I felt unsafe. They instead marked me as a no show and refused to refund me for the stay. Contacted the insurance I paid for. It can take a year to get my money back if the insurance even decides to pay & super complicated filing protocol for the insurance. Absolutely the worst experience at a hotel I ever had…"

"Room was not clean it was 4:00-45 or pass that time. We were tired and out appointments had to be rescheduled due to room not being ready. Staff was not welcoming or courteous even after the tremendous problem."

"Make sure if you book through Expedia that you either price match through Hilton or you don’t book through Expedia when you stay at Hilton because contractually they are not allowed to do anything for you barely even greet you at that point. You are not allowed to change room rooms or anything do anything that you normally would be able to do as a hill and honor member while you’re staying there. "Except for the super loud music from a close by venue /bar it was a great stay. The music didn’t bother us but it may bother others . I ask for an extension and was granted two more hours at no charge Very content"
