We checked in at 8 PM, and the front desk staff was kind enough to let us use the breakfast area to eat our dinner, we really appreciated that.
Unfortunately, the experience took a turn the next morning. When we woke up, we discovered several blood stains on the bedsheet, which was extremely disturbing and unacceptable. We immediately reported the issue to the front desk.
The staff member on duty (different from the night before) responded defensively, repeatedly stating that it wasn’t her fault and blaming the person who inspected the room. We clarified that we weren’t trying to place blame, we just wanted to report a serious hygiene concern. She insisted we didn’t understand her, and ultimately told us her manager would call us the next day to follow up.
That call never came. When we called the hotel the following day, we were told the manager was off and would call the next day instead. We never heard from anyone again.
I was surprised to see all the positive reviews. Based on our experience, the staff is not well trained in handling guest concerns, and the management appears indifferent to serious issues. We would never stay here again and absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
