"This hotel was in a great location, unfortunately the construction going on around it took some patience to get to it. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful when called upon for anything. We had an issue with our TV and they came to fix it within minutes! Booking page listed rooms as renovated/updated, but we did not see that. It was a bit disappointing to walk into a room with seemingly dated and beat up furnishings. We were on the 4th floor, so maybe they hadn't gotten to that...

I booked two rooms in advance arrived and received room cards first room we went to someone was already in room second room went in the room the pull out sofa looked disgusting.. the second room they provided to replace the one someone was already in was not the size room I paid for so it couldn’t accommodate my 17 year old son and his 65 year old grandmother.. when I told the receptionist this wouldnt work and I would have to Leave the guy at the...
