I thought I should share some feedback on my experience. I was appalled to note that there are no beddings provided. It's the 1st time in my experience of travel that a facility has failed to provide beddings for clients.
While I note that there was a clause tucked somewhere in your notes with regards to this, I find it rather unreasonable to expect a traveller to pack bedsheets, pillow cases and duvet covers! Especially when the advertised flat had beddings and all other essentials.
I’m addition to this, there were only 2 dishwasher tablets, the fridges weren’t cooling effectively, the tv had no WiFi access, the tap was shaky, the freezer section of the fridge was broken from the fridge door, toilet tissue and kitchen towels were not provided, two bathrooms had no bins, the hot water wasn’t on in the 1st bathroom and it was not possible to turn it on as the hot water controller was blocked by a metal bed frame set and several cardboard boxes.
Sadly, this will definitely affect my experience of the facility and I will note it in my ratings.
