Summary:
Dragon Suites is delighted to welcome you to this stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom (2 en-suite) basement level apartment. Perfectly located in the West End area of Edinburg with major tourist attractions within reach, including Johnnie Walker Princes Street and Edinburgh Castle. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials provided. The open planned living space features a wall mounted TV, French doors to a outside patio and a dining area.

The Space:
Modern style and comfortable amenities guarantee a hassle-free stay while you explore the Scottish capital.

Essentials, linens, towels, and WiFi are provided

LIVING SPACE, DINING & KITCHEN:

The gorgeously decorated living space offers a large L shaped sofa (please note this is not a sofa bed). A coffee table, and a flat-screen Smart TV to keep you entertained.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, Delonghi coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cooking basics, and silverware.

There is also a utility room with a washer dryer.

Enjoy your home-cooked meal at the wonder dining table in our open planned space.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The master suite consists of a king size bed and en-suite with bath and walking in shower.

Bedroom 2 has a lovely double bed and en-suite with walk in shower.

Bedroom 3 has a twin bed. Please note this will be set up as a double bed unless requested as 2 single beds before check in.

There is also a family bathroom with walk in shower.

Laundry and Extra Appliances
The property is also equipped with an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and washing machine for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment using a unique door code sent 2 days prior to arrival.
Guests check in on their own with a self-check-in system from 4pm.
The property is located at basement level. There is one flight of stairs down and no lift.

Walker Street is located in the West End area of Edinburgh. It is a quiet location, within walking distance of all major attractions in Edinburgh city centre.

The nearest tram stop is the 'West End' stop, a 3 minute walk from the apartment.

Major bus routes run through Shandwick Place, a 3 minute walk from the apartment.

Edinburgh Airport takes approximately 30 minutes travel time. Taxi and Uber services are available.

The nearest train station is Haymarket Train Station, a 10 minute walk away.

If you would like bedroom 3 set up as a double please specify otherwise it will be set up as 2 single beds.

Very spacious and well appointed

I stayed with my spouse and three teenage and adult children and the bedroom and bathroom situation was perfect. We liked having a kitchen for breakfast and a washer and dryer. The area is very walkable and safe. Very close to Dean Village and many restaurants. It is a little bit of a walk to the Royal Mile but doable. Edinburgh is a must visit!!

Great apartment in Edinburgh

This was a great apartment, in a great location in Edinburgh. You are in walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed our family vacation. The only down fall was the construction in front of the building that can be noisy early in mornings and there is no where to park a rental vehicles, however, there are parking garages for an additional cost. Lovely layout and very comfortable beds. Communication was very good and quickly answered. Highly recommend if visiting this area.

Family trip to Edinburgh

We enjoyed staying at this property. Great location. Very safe neighborhood. Comfortable rooms with decent space for a family of six. Nice amenities in the kitchen. The only challenge was the construction on the street may have complicated the garbage pick up as the bins on the property were locked so we had to find public receptacles to put the accumulated garbage through the week.

Great spot in Edinburgh!

Lovely property outside of the Royal Mile. Very clean and modern and a short walk to all Edinburgh has to offer. Host was quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend staying here!
