"IQON ia a beautiful building in and out but the service inside the unit was pathetic. Checking in was hard. we had someone come in and show us our apt with no help/support later. Our floors were not clean, no toiletries in bathroom, no bed sheets, no bath towels and one of the main living room window was not properly closed. With no help we dialed downstairs and security person came up but he could not help. Reached out to hotels.com who finally after 3 hours had someone come in with bath towels...

"The place is beautiful!! Close to restaurants, transportation and museums. Had breakfast several times on the balcony overlooking the river. We met the property manager, Cecilia, when we arrived. She gave us a tour of the property and how everything worked. The owner, Bruce, kept us informed of area events via email. Bruce provided a guest guide in the condo - it provide EVERYTHING. Instructions on how every item in the condo worked and what restaurants were open on Sunday/Monday. This made...

"We enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment. It was well stocked when we arrived. The building is secure. Having a washing machine in the unit was greatly appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the mornings while watching the sea turtles swimming around. Questions were answered quickly, and Cynthia was available for recommendations throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here!"

"This is been one of the best places we've ever stayed at. The apartment was spotless, big, had everything we needed, beautiful view, great amenities and friendly management. The area is great for families, Chipipe has a more calm vibe. Having a folder with info and instructions was very helpful. I really can't think of anything bad about this place, if you can afford it, you won't be disappointed! Worth every penny."
