"This is a hidden gem! Just 5min from the centre of Banos but away from the tourist noise. Historic - I sat at the table of Ecuador's first President. Room was spacious and looked out on the garden. Great bar and restaurant. But best of all were the staff and service. Especially Paul who always went the extra mile and continues to do so as I forgot some stuff. Thank-you Paul and thank-you everybody!"

"Very convenient location, just 2 blocks from the bus terminal and the main square. Walking distance to everything in Baños.The room was nice and well equipped. They have a very large terrace on the roof. The owner is also a tour guife so he can arrange rafting and other tours, they also have bicycles to rend. The family who takes care of this hotel is super nice. I got bitten by a dog in Baños and they took me to the nearby hospital and waited for me to be treated. A very big thanks!"

"Fine hotel, very central placed in Baños with large rooms and large beds. The WiFi is quite decent. Good breakfast with bread, juice, coffee, cheese and ham. The staff is friendly and smiling, but the attention around the reception is poor and people often have to wait there to be serviced. They have a bell which rings every time a new guest comes in, which is loud and repeated. We stayed at the lower floor, right out to the breakfast area. The location is great; near a park, a bank, and many dining options…but I think location is the same for most all hotel accommodations in this town because you can pretty much walk to every single thing in the city from any given point.
