Riverfront Condo - Fantastisk udsigt i Cuenca Historic District

  • Helt nyt i 2016! Denne fuldt møblerede 3 soveværelser, 2. 5 bad lejlighed i hjertet af Cuenca historiske centrum, bekvemt placeret på Calle Larga kun 4 blokke fra Parque Calderon og både nye og gamle katedraler. Vi er kun 100 meter fra Rio Tomebamba.

    Der er bred udsigt over nationalparken El Cajas, bjergene og vi overser floden. Du kan ligge i dit soveværelse om aftenen, lytte til floden, kigge ud på lysene i Cuenca og Turis kirke. Kig op og se stjernerne gennem de dobbelte ovenlysvinduer.

    Det store soveværelse har en tur ind / gå gennem skab til det smukt tilpassede flisebelagt bad. Det store soveværelse har egen balkon med terrassehave, smuk udsigt over byen og el Cajas National Park.

    De to gæsteværelser deler et smukt badeværelse med bruser. Et soveværelse fordobles som et kontor med en comfy down-down Murphy seng med en memory foam madras. Lejligheden sover 6 - 2 queen size-senge og en dobbeltseng.

    Køkkenet har fuld størrelse køleskab, kraftig gas kogeplade, gas ovn, mikroovn og top-rated Cuisinart brødrister over og ninja blender. Alle retter, sølvtøj, knive, skåle, tallerkener og alt hvad du behøver for at lave de friske produkter købt på 10 de Agosto Market eller Tia Market, kun få skridt ned ad gaden.

    Granitplader, rustfrit stålvask og apparater. Radio for at holde dig underholdt mens du vasker opvasken med et vindue med udsigt over orkidéhaven.

    Spisestue indeholder et bord med plads til 6 designet og bygget af Cuenca's øverste møbelproducent, Luriq. Indbygget banket til potlucks og Nilson Rea designet hjul, granit toppede ø til prep.

    Gemmer bedst til sidst: Balkoner med udsigt over Rio Tomebamba er placeret på hver etage. Den nederste etage til når det regner og den øvre til privat natglas med chilenske vin og Ecuadorian chokolade. Vaskemaskinen tørretumbler er placeret ud for MBR balkonen. Begge balkoner omfatter dejlige rustfrit stål, specialfremstillede planter. Den nederste etage til urter og øverste etage med 3 små træer til screening af udsigten fra den tilstødende penthouse.

Historic Downtown location

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Close to restaurants, shopping, and markets. In the center of the activity of this city but yet quiet once you enter the gate.

This condo is a 10 out of 10! I was greeted by Cecilia, who stocked the condo with an abundance of treats and food to get started with my stay. The condo is well- designed and quiet, and is in the center of the city. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

A perfect apartment in Cuenca

We have had the good fortune to rent this apartment twice. Perfectly located in old Cuenca and on the river, we have enjoyed the beautiful architecture, landscaping, views and great service.

Fabulous condo

The condo is beautiful and in a great location in El Centro. I would highly recommend a stay at Terry's place. The property manager, Cecilia, met me at the door and showed me around. She also provided some essential food and coffee to get me started. Everything was wonderful! Thank you so much!

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful location

We’ve stayed at Terry’s place 5x! It’s perfect for our needs. Everything works. Can’t beat the location. Overlooking the newer greener part of the city yet just three blocks from the Central Park. It’s an oasis of tranquility in a bustling Latin American city. Already booked for next winter!

Spectacular Property, Conveniently Located

Secure property with multiple beautiful courtyards and access to Tomebomba river walking path. Very close to restaurants of all levels and Parque Calderon. Can't say enough about property manager, Cecilia. Very charming and helpful.

Perfect Location with Fantastic Views

The condo is modern, well- equipped, and located in a perfect spot to walk to Museums, the old town of Cuenca, shopping and too many great restaurants to count. Cecilia, the property manager, is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. We have already booked another stay for 2024.

Roomy modern condo with a convenient location

We had a wonderful stay for a month in Cuenca. The property manager, Cecelia, was very helpful, providing beautiful flowers, delicious chocolates, some refrigerator items, and a notebook with restaurant recommendations and reviews. This condo is in a prime location, within walking distance to so many restaurants, museums, and the historic town square. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and the beds were comfortable. From the master bedroom, we had a terrific view of the city and mountains. It was great to have enough space to entertain guests who came for a short visit.

excellent condo

This is our 3rd stay at this wonderful condo. It is a great location, four blocks from main square plus it looks out over the river. It is a spot of tranquility with a very bustling city right outside the complex's entry door. It's comfortable, everything works. The building manager is very responsive to questions. Good info package. We've already booked for next year.

Great place in a great location!!

The title says it all. Up on the cliff between the lower south side which is newer, wider streets and sidewalks and the historic district. Three blocks to the Central Park, a block to an incredible fresh food market. Close to pretty much everything. This was the third time we rented this apartment and we’ve already booked it for next winter.

Living in Cuenca

Location, location, location. The condo is just as advertised and is located in the historic section of Cuenca so we walked everywhere. The view from the master bedroom is spectacular, especially for the New Year Eve fireworks. Cecilia, the property manager was super accommodating and promptly met all our needs during our month long stay. . Highly recommend this property. Chet

INCREDIBLE! There's not a better place to stay in the heart of Cuenca than this location. The host is absolutely amazing and prepared the most fabulous welcome for me. There was food, coffee, treats, fresh flowers and a person to meet me when I arrived. I've never had this happen before at any of the places I've stayed. The apartment overlooks the river, the city and the mountains. It's quiet, it's beautiful, it's comfortable it's heaven. There are a ton of good restaurants, bars, shopping, bakeries and food markets - everything is so close by. If you're looking for a place to stay in the center near the historic district don't miss this opportunity. I promise you you will not be disappointed. I truly hated to leave.

Cannot state how much we LOVED this place! If you are considering visiting Cuenca highly recommend this townhouse. It's in a great location, in an absolutely beautiful building and has such a stunning view from both balconies. The office manager, Cecilia, was wonderful and lovely. Without too much detail, our original 13 hour plane trip ended up in a 2 day scenario due to 1 leg of our journey being delayed. Which is to say when we finally got into Cuenca we were exhausted. Cecilia loaded the townhome up with fruit, eggs, bread, beer, wine -- everything we needed to not have to go out that evening. Wonderful. The place is fully equipped, nice washer/dryer, and we loved the biodegradable products (shamppo, conditioner, body soap, laundry products, dish/hand soap). Absolutely one of the best accomodations we've had.

Perfect home away in Cuenca

We loved staying here for the few weeks we were in Cuenca. It felt like home away from home. Perfect location to historic district but also a quick walk to the other side of the river with other supermarkets and restaurants. We can’t say enough good things about this place!

An Oasis in Cuenca!

This apartment kicks butt! Beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, killer views. The attention to detail is what sets this place apart from any others I've rented. Terry, the host, was a pleasure to deal with and the on-site manager, Cecilia, greeted us with gifts: Ecuadorian coffee, fresh-baked bread, a dozen eggs and speciality chocolates to die for. AND two dozen red roses and gladiolas, too. Plus she was always available to answer our questions and offer suggestions about the area. Cecilia, you rock! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll want for cooking and entertaining. I especially appreciated the basics being supplied to get us started: paper products, dish soap, laundry detergent, olive oil, spices, and butter. There's even a lemon tree and little herb garden on the patio where a playful green hummingbird comes around every day. (I've named him Basil) :-) The king -size bed is super comfortable, the linens good quality, and the towels plush. The showers always had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Weekly cleaning service was provided, too. Oh, did I mention the awesome views from the living room and master bedroom? Well, you'll see! Just a block away is a huge mercado where we bought our fresh veggies and fruits and the Super Maxi Market is just a short taxi ride away. Very convenient. The Parque Calderon is an easy walk from the front door with plenty of restaurants and stores in between. We always felt safe in this neighborhood both day and night. Behind the apartment are steps leading down to the paved walking path along the Rio Tomebamba. A very pleasant walk with restaurants and museums lining the way. No place is ever perfect, but this one comes pretty darn close. In fact, I can't really think of a thing to improve upon. Grab this place if you can. Cuenca is a lovely city. Enjoy your stay!

Great spot for long term exchanges in Cuenca

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Cuenca is a great city with lots of things to do. We were warmly welcomed by the property manager when we arrived. The condo is excellent with beautiful views of the Rio Tomebamba and southern Cuenca. Nice people in the complex too. We hope to stay again in the coming years.

Great place to begin a visit to Equador

This is a very modern complex with many friendly and sharing people living here in addition to the property manager. This unit is roomy with a fantastic view from the master bedroom.
