"10 ⭐️ property - excellent room, comfy beds, easy check in and check out, next to practically the best restaurants in London (Italian, Thai, bars & pub food etc.) and at least 8 convenience stores within 1 minute walk. A cell phone store across the street so we could buy adaptors and cords. Plus bus stops and train station all within blocks of the hotel. We bought beer and ice and they provided a container we could use! Kindness and hospitality galore. We stayed 3 days and would definitely stay...

Our room was perfectly adequate although you have to bare in mind that these unique properties are old and quirky.
Coffee machine and pods in the room was a nice touch."

"It is good hotel but a little far from London. Little challenging to navigate the buses and trains to get to London. But the hotel itself was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Except the distance from London, I would recommend it!"

We had no hot water the first morning. Pool area was a bit messy and the pool bottom was not clean, although water quality seemed fine. Looking at the details, the hotel seems a bit out-of-date, but I guess ok compared to the price. We booked for two days in...

"The staff was super confused. We were a larger group, all booked individually and all our Bills were wrong with all kind of Extra charges that we never ordered. I thought we solved it at checkout, eventhough the receptionist in the end did was super confused from the Long invoice with charges going in and out.
After we came home I was charged one more time for something I now 3 weeks later still does not know what is and still have not Got the money refunded even though I have talked with a lot...
