"The hotel had a strange smell. The staff was completely unprofessional. And they overcharged for things that I was supposed to get for free like. They put all these extra charges on my credit card for one day.
The total charge for one day stay 164.00 as agreed. I noticed on credit card I have a charges totalling $334 and I left the room super clean. I don’t understand why they didn’t follow the agreement we had initially made for the one day stay."

"Everything great and modern. Would have 5 stars. BUT Samsung ac had a humming/vibrating sound every 2 mins or so. Turn off and still persisted. Did notice till we got back to room late. Couldn’t sleep because of noise! Checkout i advised them and they said “ yes we are aware of issue and glad its only complaint” lol. Seriously? I paid $160 to essentially sleep comfortably and did not. Big problem there!"

"Hotel was reasonably priced, easy check in, beautiful view of the ocean, easy access to the ocean. The only issue was the hotel didn't open the pool area until 8am, and you need to go through the pool gates to get to the beach. I wanted to see the sun rise at 7am, and they told me I would have to go over a small wall on the property line and then gain access to the beach through a public entrance. This was not ok, and would not be ok for an elderly person who couldn't get over the wall easily."

"The carpet in the room was so dirty I couldn't walk barefoot. It looked dirty and felt dirty.
