The room was primarily in good condition. We did find a towel in the bathroom with a black stain across the fold of the towel. Also, the fitted sheet on one of the beds had a blue ink mark across it making us question if the sheets were fresh. The pillow cases did not stink, however, they gave an odor like someone might have laid their head on that pillow prior to us staying in that room.
Hotel staff was very nice and friendly. We did not use the amenities because it was too cold.
The hotel offered breakfast which was a nice breakfast the first morning was a Sunday and a woman was on top of the area cleaning and making sure everything was stocked and available for all guest. On the second morning, a young man was tending to the breakfast area and 30 minutes before breakfast was over the bins were empty and not restocked. Also, he went around the room opening and slamming shut cabinet doors. It was not a pleasant sound first thing in the morning
when trying to get ready to start the day. It was actually a trigger towards my anxiety.
This was our first time staying at a Country Inn & Suites by Radisson and I can say, we will avoid staying at this resort in the future.
