"Great place for our family to stay for my son’s graduation. Such a nice change from the cold feel that you get from a hotel. Beautiful clean space tastefully decorated and had all the amenities and in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a family getaway. There is a huge yard for kids to play in as well. "

"The location is everything really...right across the street is a bar with karaoke every night. Good food within walking distance on all sides. The room is really decent and nice for 2, literally oooooooonly gripe is the AC can get a lil overworked maybe or something and sitting at about 79 degrees it feels. Luckily though it was chilly out at the time of stay but other than that totally nice experience. "

"This was such a great little find for our family of 4! The girls absolutely loved getting to feed the chickens and hold the bunnies. It was clean and super close to the springs and the cute downtown area in deland for shopping and restaurants."

"Overall we were surprisingly pleased. The exterior does no justice for the interior of the room. Although it could have been a little cleaner (more details to the floors and the corners of the rooms, especially the bathroom,, overall we were happy with our short stay and would consider staying again. Shower was awesome with alot of water pressure!!!"

"Stayed here for Cheer week in Daytona. A quick Uber ride to the Ocean Center and far enough away from the busiest part of town. Walking distance to amazing restaurants right across from the beach. The property was very clean and better than listed. Kylee was extremely responsive and helpful. If you need a comfortable place to stay that is quiet and you don’t want to deal with loud hotels or condos, this is a great spot!"

"The property was large enough for our group of 9 (4 adults and 5 children). The kids loved the pool. The property was in a quite neighborhood and was very well maintained."

"House was very clean, smelled amazing. The pool table was a great addition. They have cornhole in the garage which was awesome as it came in handy for our day at the park. The pool was perfect. Would stay here again. Highly recommend. "

"Nice older ranch with plenty of room. We especially enjoyed visiting while relaxing in the screened back porch. We would rent again. Not receiving entry instructions until the first day of possession was concerning as we traveled from out of state, but all worked out fine."

Great hotel for the money

"Compared to the price point, you get a good beach hotel for very little money. Great breakfast. The hotel is old, and it shows at some places, but the room was great and newly restored. Some staff could need a smiling course - expect a very nice smiling afro-american girl that served our breakfast (you should give her a big raise for her good example of servicing customers). Great place to stay for some days right next to a world classe beach."

"Et rigtig hyggeligt sted der ligger lige på stranden. Det er lidt slidt, men udendørsområde er rigtig dejligt. Vi blev checket ind af Dans, den skønneste dame med godt humør og hjælpsomhed"
