"The property was Fabulous and beautiful and well maintained and everything as advertised and then some. An incredibly lovely house and view.BUT...The cherry on the top was our Concierge Hank and his team who made our stay what it ended up being!!Never had a service like this before and what a difference it made.Hank recommended a Dive shop (Mexico Divers) who were Incredible as we had 3 certified divers, 1 snorkeler & 3 certified divers in our group on a private boat with 3 dive masters.BUT......

"Five stars is not enough! Location location location!!!! Essentially a private white sand beach, crystal clear water, beautiful flora and fauna! Scenery was straight out of a movie. The caretakers were amazing. We came back from a long day on Isla Mujeres and they had picked coconuts from the trees on the property, husked them so that the fresh coconut water could be drunk! Bonus they were in the refrigerator so ohhhhhh soooooo cold and refreshing! Truly next level care for our party of 12!...

"Amazing place to stay. Pictures do not give justice to this place. Your as close to the beach and ocean as you can get. The housekeeping was included and it was amazing. They cleaned and scrubbed every day and included laundry. If you left clothes on the floor they were washed and folded for you. The best kept secret was Irma the cleaner, she also would cook and buy groceries for you. She charged 50 to cook what ever you wanted and she did an amazing job. No restaurants could compare. "We loved our stay at Casa de las Olas on Isla. It’s a fantastic getaway. The house was exactly as described, and the ocean views from the back and the pool were so relaxing. The ocean breeze really kept us cool throughout the day and night, and if we needed a little extra chill, there’s AC in the bedrooms as well! "Unit was extremely clean well organized and stocked (as good as any unit I have ever rented) very well. Israel was a perfect host and when there was an issue (I stayed there a month) that is normal house issues it was addressed immediately and follow up with me making sure it was good was frequent.
