"We have stayed at several all inclusive resorts in the Cancun area. We are a family with elementary aged kids that like activities. We were excited to visit Ava. We loved the room. It was kept very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The food at every restaurant was good and the drinks were also very good. "Everything is A+++ "

"Disappointed to say the least. I knew about the seaweed. Did not know it would be a filthy dark, dirty beach with dump trucks and tractors going non stop across the beach. We were in the old part called "Sunrise" in the smallest room which smelled like paint in the bathroom and the whole time I just wanted some cleaner and a scrub brush to clean the shower. and although we paid for a "garden view" we found out all rooms faced the garden. Lots of pools, pool chairs, friendly staff but be prepared...

"Room was clean and beautiful. We didn’t get the VIP greeting as promised or turn down service nightly but the staff we dealt with were accommodating and delightful. We loved out the property wasn’t so big that you would have to walk long distances to get to places. The staff is always working behind the scenes to prepare for events. Loved the beach, they keep it clean. "
