"Ambiance of the property. The proximity to beach. Water pressure in the room was great. The staff was respectful. It was very clean and quaint. Our room was perfect. We were downstairs by the pool. The room was large and we made ourselves at home.
When we return to Aruba this is where we will stay."

"Absolutely loved the property. Only lacking a very small amenities like iron and ice trays. Iron was provided by request. Overall we will be back and will suggest to family and friends 😊"
"Brilliant place to stay. Stayed a week and was brilliant, rooms perfectly clean, and bigger than expected.
A car is 100% needed (Free Parking included).. as not to much around the area, but that suited us perfectly.

"Very cute boutique! Front desk and cleaner were very nice and accommodating. Location is walking distance to Renaissance, grocery store and everything. Only thing is that the room literally just has a bed, nicely renovated bathroom and tv. No place to put your luggage but good thing we only had carry on bags. We don’t mind because we only sleep in the room as we spent most of our time exploring the island so keep that in mind. Still gets 5 star from me!"

"I stayed for 10 days in South Beach Residence and I cannot recommend it enough. It is an ideal place to stay no matter if you’re a couple, family, friends, or solo travelling. The residence is brand new, renovated, modern, and with a good kitchen and pool area (but you’re also still super close to the best beaches of Aruba). "The property’s location was convenient, just a short walk from the shopping street and close to the beach. The room was spacious and beautiful, with a wood paneled room. Het werd wel op een professionele manier aangepakt en opgelost door de beheerster.
