"Ambiance of the property. The proximity to beach. Water pressure in the room was great. The staff was respectful. It was very clean and quaint. Our room was perfect. We were downstairs by the pool. The room was large and we made ourselves at home.

"Absolutely loved the property. Only lacking a very small amenities like iron and ice trays. Iron was provided by request. Overall we will be back and will suggest to family and friends 😊"

A car is 100% needed (Free Parking included).. as not to much around the area, but that suited us perfectly.

"I stayed for 10 days in South Beach Residence and I cannot recommend it enough. It is an ideal place to stay no matter if you’re a couple, family, friends, or solo travelling. The residence is brand new, renovated, modern, and with a good kitchen and pool area (but you’re also still super close to the best beaches of Aruba). "Very cute boutique! Front desk and cleaner were very nice and accommodating. Location is walking distance to Renaissance, grocery store and everything. Only thing is that the room literally just has a bed, nicely renovated bathroom and tv. No place to put your luggage but good thing we only had carry on bags. We don’t mind because we only sleep in the room as we spent most of our time exploring the island so keep that in mind. Still gets 5 star from me!"

Having the right number of beach chairs and beach towels. Modern, spacious and chic look of the villa. The outdoor and indoor eating options. Make sure to rent a car to be able to explore the island and get to the nice and almost private beaches just before rodgers beach (you need to cross a concrete bridge to get there. "

"I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Brisas Apartment Aruba! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and right at home. The apartment was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully arranged, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable bed and clean bathroom. I loved the fact that property had a hammock.
The location was ideal — it being a short drive or walk to stunning beaches like Eagle Beach and Palm Beach, as well as restaurants and shops.
