"Love this property; quiet and friendly
Felt like a warm hug. My only critique/suggestions would be to update room 4 by painting a brighter color, replace the mattress because the springs are protruding and the room has a damp mildew smell.
The pool and staff are amazing and so attentive. Very homey feel and would definitely return."

Separate rooms with plenty of privacy. The plunge pool and outdoor appliances were nice and unique. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Bathroom was also nice and clean. The property is new so everything looks new. Plenty of parking. I recommend getting a rental car for the island in general. The Eagle Beach is a 3 minute car drive or 20 minute walk. "Ótima acomodação, muito melhor do que eu esperava, pois não havia muita informação nas fotos, ficamos em 3 hotéis em Aruba, os outros 2 de valores bem superiores, mas o RH entregou tudo, bom atendimento, quarto enorme, completo e confortável, piscina boa, café em anexo disponível com muitas opções e qualidade! Não é tão perto da praia, mas com o carro alugado não foi um problema, pois há muito estacionamento nas praias. Resumo: Recomendo muito!"

Only thing is that the room literally just has a bed, nicely renovated bathroom and tv. No place to put your luggage but good thing we only had carry on bags. We don’t mind because we only sleep in the room as we spent most of our time exploring the island so keep that in mind. Still gets 5 star from me!"

"I stayed for 10 days in South Beach Residence and I cannot recommend it enough. It is an ideal place to stay no matter if you’re a couple, family, friends, or solo travelling. The residence is brand new, renovated, modern, and with a good kitchen and pool area (but you’re also still super close to the best beaches of Aruba). It’s located in a quiet area, plus it’s run by the most welcoming family and cleaning lady Elizabeth - they were always happy to help or have a little chat. Amir responded fast to calls and texts, and he will provide you with recommendations about what you should do/see/eat on Aruba once you check in. You can even rent brand new cars from South Beach Residence - parked right outside the building.
It’s a 5 minutes walking distance from Aruba’s best gym (Bodyzone Fitness Club Arena), and a really big supermarket (Ling & Sons Food Market), and it only takes 7-15 minutes to go to Eagle Beach, Palm Beach, and Arashi Beach. "
