"We stayed for four days on a trip to see a bunch of Broadway shows and do touristy things in New York. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. It has everything you need (plus a lot of nice extras - welcome snacks, toiletries, washing machine, grill, huge TV room). "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did have a few hiccups but these were resolved by the property manager. We had a nice time in NYC while there for our daughter's graduation. We love the neighborhood, restaurants, pubs, grocery stores were super easy to walk to along with close proximity to transit. The house was super roomy and allowed everyone to have their own space. I would definitely book this place again!"

Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend."

"It was amazing!! A beautiful rental…however as a group of young women there are no blinds, curtains or window tint( the house next to us/ connected could easily see in the kitchen and living room), none of the windows in ground level were locked and were very hard to lock, and the master bedroom door doesn’t shut all the way so we couldn’t even lock it god forbid someone did come in. Just a. few safety precautions to look into to make the stay feel more comfortable! Thank you "
