"Had a very enjoyable 5-night stay at the property when coming to town for a training session and charter fishing trip. Having a full size refrigerator and kitchen was very beneficial when you get a catch of Wahoo, Mahi and Tuna and have to keep them well cooled before you head home. There's a public beach park less than 10min walk with view of Pompano lighthouse and amenities including picnic tables (several under pavilion), grills, bathroom. Walks through surrounding neighborhood are easy and safe. Was a terrific place to call home for a week."

"Place was clean and super close to the beach. The lock was a little tricky and we couldn’t figure out how to get the air conditioner off of eco mode so it kept turning on and off- might be in problem in hotter months but it was fine for us in March. It’s definitely a small place and didn’t have the basics of cooking supplies like oil or salt and pepper or coffee grind but we had a friend in town so it was fine. Host was very responsive. Overall a cute little place with a great location."

"We enjoyed our stay here very much! The waterway provides great views and boat traffic. The beach is truly just about a 5 minute walk. The room provides beach chairs and umbrella. We utilized many aspects of the kitchen and it worked well. The pool is OPEN and very nice. The condo is clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was easy. Monica did not have a long list of have too’s at check out which was nice, even though we cleaned up after ourselves. We would stay again."

"My husband and I had a short stay here. The property is one block back from the beach, on the quieter end from activities and had all that we needed. Deirdre was an excellent host and responded quickly to any inquiry we had. There appeared to be some “long term” stays in the complex and everyone was very friendly and welcoming.
