"We've stayed there many times in the past and will probably continue to do so. It is convenient to our family in the area, as well as shopping and restaurants.
The staff is very friendly. The nice young lady even remembered us from about 4-6 months ago. Nice touch."

"Hotellet fremstod slidt og godt brugt, enkelte områder var delvist moderniseret, men langt fra op til dagen standard.
Dørlåsen på mit værelse var defekt, døren kunne kun åbnes ved at løfte dørhåndtaget opad. Terrassedøren var skæv og utæt, så meget at den gabte 3 cm i toppen og derfor tillod støj fra den nærliggende omfartsvej direkte adgang til værelset, så nattero var ikke fantastisk.
Sengen var skadet, så den larmede når man vente sig."

"The property had minir issues like rust spots on the curtain and our door wouldnt close because the latch was messed up but those are very minor. Its close to shopping, food and its cheaper than staying in downtown Chicago. "

We arrived late at around 12.30 AM but the receptionist was welcoming and made sure everything is in place.
I wish they have more tables over the breakfast area.
There were a couple of hiccups like, elevator was down for a short duration and the fire alarm went off by error which were all addressed promptly. Overall, a pretty good place to stay in Hoffman estates. "
